How to pick off runners
How to properly back-up bases
etc.
When it comes to basic baseball defensive skills:
How to hold the ball, properly for optimum speed and accuracy
How to throw the ball, properly for optimum speed and accuracy
How to handle a fly ball (coming at you, or at either side of you)
How to handle the ground ball (coming at you from different ways)
How to play each position (thereâs nine, and no two are played the same)
etc.
In short, thereâs a lot of stuff to learn, and I can get you up the learning curve faster than anyone. And, I havenât even mentioned offense.

I went along up to the age of 16 as a non-creative player; don't get me wrong, I still got by defenders, but it was rather difficult to do so. Then fate began to weave its magic, and for the first time I achieved clarity. It came along when I was watching a young Brazilian guy playing for PSG in the French League.
He was tearing up the opposition and he made it look so easy, not only that, every situation he was in, he had a solution for. Then it hit me like a bolt of lightning, I realized the biggest problem that I had was that I didn't have that creative flair that was driving this young guy to play his best. This young guy was Ronaldinho.

The Betfair Manifesto system to date has selected 2076 favourites, with 695 of those going on to win their races.
Thatâs an impressive backing system strike rate of 33.5%
So far in 2008, we have had 114 bets, with 52 going onto win their races, a strike rate of 45.6%!
We place bets on qualifying favourites with odds of less than 15/2, and remarkably this system has produced 19 winners out of 62 in the highest price
range (5/1 to 15/2), on average doubling our stake on each bet.
The system has grown from a starting bank of £1000 on January 1st 2007 to a staggering £37453.00 at the time of writing this manual (January 23rd 2008)
